Global logistics — cloud migration

We led the migration of core systems to AWS for a 400-person logistics company. The goal was zero downtime, full disaster recovery, and 24/7 monitoring—without disrupting daily operations.

We designed a phased migration: non-critical workloads first, then data pipelines, then core order and inventory systems. Cutover was scheduled during a low-activity window with rollback procedures documented and tested. Post-migration we stood up full DR in a second region and implemented centralized logging and alerting.

A mid-size fintech needed an internal compliance and reporting platform that could pull from existing core systems and reduce manual work for the compliance team.

We designed and built a single platform that integrated with their core banking and transaction systems. Automated report generation and audit trails cut manual work by roughly 60%. The platform is now the single source of truth for compliance reporting and is used daily by the compliance and risk teams.
